We offer a nurse prescriber led assessment & triage service for patients with cold and flu symptoms, minor skin irritations (rashes, school sores, scabies), ACC injuries and requests for off work medical certificates etc. Please call us on Ph: 07 243 0999 and you will be added to our triage call back schedule. You will be assessed by a nurse prescriber who will determine whether they can assist over the phone or require to see you in person. Our nurse prescribers are highly skilled clinical staff members trained in these areas. Should they feel something is outside of their level of expertise, they will advise you to see the GP instead (and find an appropriate appointment for you).
